As we enter the last day of this campaign, it feels appropriate to share a card from the final set in the journey of the Power of the Yin Oracle. We truly are arriving home with this fundraising process, even as this project continues into its next creation phase.
The final set is called Home, and it consists of three cards: The Priestess of the Yin, Home and You Are the Divine (read about this card in Update #19).
This is also one of the latest illustrations that Yael has just completed--I just received it a few days ago.
The image is quite literal--a traveler arriving to a warm home, well-lit and welcoming, even with her little cat, who has been anticipating her return, to greet her.
But of course this card is speaking to spiritual location, a state of being, a truth of the soul in relationship to life and in connection with the Divine.
I wrote this text in one go, after arriving at a little cottage in Scotland. I walked through the door, and was overcome by the feeling I have expressed in this card. It was a special place, the land spoke to me more deeply than I had ever experienced, and I felt, as I wrote, "the love that has been here for me all along."
I don't think this is a final feeling, but one that we are reminded of again and again. But when we have experienced it once, our energy continues to look for it thereby attracting and reinforcing it.

Yael has just completed the card YourAttention. It is part of the set within the deck, "Your Most Precious Resources." The other resources are Your Energy and Your Practice.
I love this card because it brings in some new elements that add to the scope of the deck: a woman with a baby on her back (where her precious attention also goes), and the perspective is different from the other card images. The colors and the story-telling of this illustration are also unique.
And I love that she is planting a tree. Of course a tree connects us with the earth and its cycles. And a tree represents "the long game". It will be 10, 20 or 30 years before this tree matures. It is planted with an intention far beyond this lifespan. So too the raising of a child.
The Yin is all about the long game.
This image could just as easily be Devotion (see our discussion in update #33--and you can still weigh in!). And though we still don't know what that image will be (!), I know it will be a partner to this card, Your Attention.

Well first of all, there are still a few more days left to this campaign. There's time for more support, for more folks to get in to pledge for decks, and for more people to be part of the PARTY!

Thank you to each and every one of you for being part of this campaign, spreading the word, being inspired by this deck, wanting to experience it in your hands and in your life.
It brings me such fulfillment to be able to bring this project, and these beings that are the cards into form, so they can do their beautiful work in the world: remembering and evolving the sacred Power of the Yin in each one of us and collectively in our world.
