Happy New Year!
Right on schedule, Yael has completed all 57 illustrations for the Power of the Yin Oracle Deck! We may tweak a few images here and there, but they are all basically DONE!

This card is one of three in the set YourMost Precious Resources. The other two cards are YourEnergy and YourAttention.
I'm starting to get this question, and I wish I could say "next week!"
As I stated in the Kickstarter, our goal is to have the deck in your hands by late spring. Of course I hope it is MUCH SOONER!
Now that the illustrations and writing are complete, we're heading in to design the text side of the cards, the packaging, and the written insert that will be included with each deck. Then it's off to the printer, the fulfillment folks and YOU.

The 57th Card: Abundance

Your sexuality—your sensitivity to touch, your arousal, your erotic imagination, your physical and emotional response—is a sacred gift designed to keep you healthy, open your heart, light you up with pleasure and align you with your truth.
As I've shared, The Power of the Yin Oracle springs from my work of the last decade, The Power of the Yin. One of the essential aspects of this practice is sexual energy and sexuality. I love holding a safe space for exploring this powerful energy. Since you already resonate with my deck, I thought I would share these three opportunities for you to join me in this exploration in classes this January.
For those of you who have been part of this campaign for some time, you may remember KS Update 33, where I shared the text for the card Devotion and asked for your images, ideas and associations. I was looking for some more inspiration for the card's illustration, and there were so many directions it could take!
Your comments echoed the conversation that Yael and I have had over several months. Is Devotion about devotion to others--motherhood, caring for the elderly or dependent? Devotion to the self or selflessness? Is it a solo act or part of a larger movement within a community? Is it a religious devotion that denotes a sense of sacrifice and commitment?
In the end, we wanted to depict sisterhood—and the Earth, which encompasses all of it!
And here it is, Devotion.
As this image began to take form between us, we made some very conscious choices: women of different ages and cultures and an Earth that is abstract, so we are not emphasizing any particular country or region. And as I see it now, I wonder if these women are even beyond-Earth guardians, or if they represent our higher selves with this vast perspective.
I certainly think this represents the ultimate Power of the Yin: the devotion to nature and all of life. "This is how you make the world sacred."

Dearest Backers, the Kickstarter funds arrived in my bank account today.
Wow!
It is such a beautiful feeling to have this support. I immediately made a payment to Yael--and there will be a big payment going to her when the final artwork is completed by the end of THIS MONTH!
I also want you to know that I've added a 57th card to the deck: Abundance. It will be part of the Absolutes set. I'm dying to share it with you, but I want to wait until I have the illustration to go with it. So stay tuned!
In the meantime, I hope you are experiencing an abundance of good in all forms as we enter the final weeks of 2022. I'm so grateful for the abundance of support you have shown me and this project here. Thank you!
