One of the sets in The Power of the Yin Oracle Deck is Embodiment.
I have to admit, I had a hard time containing myself with this set!
It started out as five cards and expanded to seven.
Embodiment, the practice of being present in your body, of feeling and inhabiting your physical form and all of the sensations, aliveness and experiences of life in your skin, bones, organs, sex and breath—is essential to connecting to your power and to the Yin. (Did you notice how long that sentence was?! That's why there's seven cards, not five, in this set!)
It is this set where I have also brought in the sexual soul: Pleasure, Desire, Sensuality, Your Sacred Geometry, Your Sexual Energy are all cards here.
Inspired by the astrology of Venus this week, it is my pleasure to share them with you!

What will we do? Each of you can "pick a card" from YinOracle.com (I just uploaded four new cards!), we'll share our cards, find the theme, and I'll lead us in an embodiment and energy practice together.
When: Today, 12noon-US ET/9am-US PT/5pm-UK. We'll meet for one hour.
Spreading the Word—and the Venus Cazimi

This week's astrology is powerfully aligned around Venus. She's conjunct the sun (aka a "cazimi") and she's in her home sign of Libra. This configuration and this timing is the first like this in a century and it signals a shift in all things Venus: art, beauty, love and the Divine Feminine.
What does this mean?
This is very auspicious for connecting with the Power of your Yin.
So many of us are feeling the shift and the call of a new way of power, and a return of the Divine Feminine.
I have been tapped on to be part of this paradigm shift—as have each of you. That's why the Power of the Yin Oracle Deck speaks to you!
I am so grateful for your support. As you can see, the campaign is growing at a Yin pace—steady, slow and through relationships: word of mouth, hand-to-hand, heart-to-heart.
I have a request for you, my campaign supporters. I would love it if you would share this project with your friends and community, on social media, in your oracle deck circles, and with folks who you think would love and benefit from the medicine of this deck.

A Peek Into the Process with "Coherence"

In our collaboration on the Power of the Yin Oracle Deck, artist D. Yael Bernhard and I have taken advantage of all kinds of media to communicate with each other. Just as the Yin is "ineffable," describing, sketching and ultimately painting the illustrations for this deck has been a subtle, intuitive, sometimes way-off, and ultimately right-on experience. All the electronic forms of communication available now have been useful! (To name a few: text voice memos, email, shared Google Docs, Loom videos, Zoom, WhatsApp, oh my!)
I thought it would be fun to share this short video. It bridged the physical and time difference between where I was in Edinburgh and Yael's home in upstate New York. And it bridged my felt-sense/movement description to Yael's final illustration.
The outcome: an image that depicts something almost impossible to articulate: Coherence.
